Packet Pickup Options
RACE EXPO - Location Hyatt Vineyard Creek 170 Railroad Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.
We recommend you or a friend pick up your packet at the race EXPO on Friday, Oct. 29th. The expo is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm and packet pickup is open until 7:30pm. Please bring your email confirmation, or ID. If picking up for a friend please bring their confirmation email, registration number or copy of their ID. Visit our exhibitor booths, seminars, and also enjoy afternoon wine tasting in the Vineyard Lounge in the outdoor expo area. To pick up your packet first find your name and corresponding bib number on the information table at the entrance to the expo, then proceed to the appropriate table with your bib number.
VIP PICKUP OPTION (Thursday and Saturday) Fee $15: If you (or a friend) are not able to pick up your packet at the Expo on Friday from 10am to 7:30pm, you may sign up for the VIP option for $15 on our website. This option allows you to pick up your packet in San Francisco at the Presidio Sports Basement store from 5pm to 8pm on Thursday Oct. 29th. You will have an opportunity to taste wines from the region as Sports Basement is hosting a welcome reception. You will also receive a discount coupon for purchases at Sports Basement. NOTE: If you are unable to make the Thursday evening event, your packet will be available at the expo for pickup and also at the start area at Coppola Winery prior to the race for pickup. Race Day Packet Pickup is available on race morning from 5:30am to 6:45am at the START AREA. You must sign up for this option and pay on line $15 in advance.
