Volunteer for this years race


The Wine Country Half Marathon series prides itself on the enthusiasm of its volunteers, who are so integral the success of the event. Over 100 people volunteer each year to help with key duties such as registration, product distribution and course monitoring. Each volunteer receives a cool event shirt designed by French artist Jean Pierre Got, plus a goodie bag. Plus volunteers get a front row seat for one of the best races in the country.

Our quarterly e-newsletter, THE GRAPEVINE, will provide training and nutrition tips, information about our favorite wines and wineries to visit, things to do in the wine country and industry news. Plus we'll feature a new runner each month with an interesting and inspirational story.

We expect to sell out our new Healdsburg event as well, so we recommend that you make your commitment early, secure your lodging and start training. Event Poster
Each year French artist Jean-Pierre Got creates a unique poster design for the Wine County Half Marathon. This years version features three runners on course, two of which are in costume, passing an admiring lady sipping wine on the veranda of one of the many wineries on course. Can you guess which winery? These posters are collectibles so make sure you purchase one at the event.
