This new event from Destination Races takes you on a one-of-a-kind adventure through the heart of the Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys in Sonoma County, California. Enjoy ideal running weather on this amazing course that twists and turns past twenty-one wineries and thousands of acres of autumn-colored vineyards in one of the top wine-producing regions in the world.

Celebrate wine harvest and Halloween by running in costume as a team, or individually. Start at the magnificent Rosso & Bianco Winery, by Francis Ford Coppola Presents, and finish at spacious Lake Sonoma recreation area for the popular Wine & Music Festival. With an ambience and amenities similar to the Marathon du Medoc in France, this will be an experience you will cherish forever.

Bring family and friends to the annual doggie costume parade and Pumpkin Run in downtown Healdsburg after the Wine & Music Festival. Escape to the wine country, Healdsburg-style, but hurry...spots are filling fast!

Event Poster
Each year French artist Jean-Pierre Got creates a unique poster design for the Wine County Half Marathon. This years version features three runners on course, two of which are in costume, passing an admiring lady sipping wine on the veranda of one of the many wineries on course. Can you guess which winery? These posters are collectibles so make sure you purchase one at the event.
